摘要
淬火可以减少金属和塑料材料的晶粒尺寸,增加其硬度,故测量淬火钢的硬度可反应出淬火的完成度。硬度是材料抵抗变形的能力。这是通过测量表面抗压痕阻力的标准测试来确定的。本文中,主要采用两种硬度的测试方法——洛氏压痕硬度测试和显微硬度测试来测试淬火钢的硬度,分析其淬火后硬度变化的规律。
Quenching can reduce the grain size of metal and plastic materials and increase their hardness.Therefore,measuring the hardness of quenched steel can reflect the completion of quenching.Hardness is the ability of a material to resist deformation.This is determined by a standard test that measures the resistance of the surface to indentation.In this paper,two hardness test methods are mainly used-Rockwell indentation hardness test and microhardness test to test the hardness of quenched steel,and analyze the law of hardness change after quenching.
