摘要
冻结法广泛应用于市政冻结工程中,而冻结孔施工是其关键工序之一。冻结管多采用无缝钢管,钻进过程中管材之间一般采用内衬内丝箍加人工焊接的方式连接,受人为因素影响较大,需要多次重复焊接,以保障其焊接质量,焊接效率低;为保证管材间连接质量,采用自动焊接技术替代人工焊接。本文介绍了自动焊接工艺,研究了保护气体对焊接效果的影响,最终管道自动焊接技术成功应用于上海地铁18号线某车站冻结工程管棚管的焊接。研究结果表明,管道自动焊的混合气体(Ar+CO2)最好为“富氩气体”,即Ar占80-85%;自动焊接技术焊接管道所用时间较人工焊接时间降低了83.3%。为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
Freezing method is widely used in municipal freezing engineering,and freezing hole construction is one of its key processes.In the process of drilling,the pipes are generally connected by screw thread and manual welding,but the manual welding efficiency is low,which is greatly affected by human factors,and the quality of drilling is uncontrollable;In order to ensure the quality of pipe connection,automatic welding technology is used instead of manual welding.This paper introduces the automatic welding process,defines the relevant parameters,and has been successfully applied to a station freezing project of Shanghai metro line 18.The results show that the time of automatic welding is 83.3%less than that of manual welding.It provides reference for similar engineering construction.
