激励视角下虚拟学术社区用户知识共享演化博弈研究

Research on the Evolutionary Game of Knowledge Sharing in Virtual Academic Community from the Perspective of Incentive

知识共享是虚拟学术社区的发展动力。考虑到虚拟学术社区平台中激励措施对用户知识共享行为影响,基于演化博弈的理论知识,将平台与用户作为博弈主体,在平台采取激励措施下,对模型进行局部稳定性分析,分析动态演化博弈过程中,各参数变化时,双方演化稳定策略。研究结果表明:虚拟学术社区采取激励措施可以促进用户知识共享,设置合理的激励系数,可以提高用户知识共享意愿。激励系数由用户知识共享成本及额外成本、平台知识搜索成本共同决定。

Knowledge sharing is the driving force for the development of virtual academic community.Considering the virtual incentives in the academic community platform for users to influence knowledge sharing behavior,based on evolutionary game theory,the platform with the user as the main body,the game under the platform of incentive measures,local stability analysis of the model,analysis in the process of dynamic evolution game,when the parameters change,the evolutionary stable strategy.The results show that incentive measures adopted by virtual academic communities can promote users'knowledge sharing,and setting reasonable incentive coefficients can improve users'willingness to share knowledge.Incentive coefficient is determined by user knowledge sharing cost,additional cost and platform knowledge search cost.
