摘要
作为一种全新的创新转移和扩散模式,逆向创新对新兴市场企业转变创新思维并实现创新追赶发挥着重要作用。随着新兴市场的发展和全球环境的不断融合,新兴市场中小企业可以利用自身优势和外部环境实现逆向创新。分析了新兴市场中小企业逆向创新的驱动因素,并结合其特点从创新战略、利基市场、创新网络、组织学习以及营销渠道等维度构建了中小企业实现逆向创新的框架模型,期望能够进一步丰富逆向创新理论,并为新兴市场中小企业发展创新能力以提升国际竞争力提供理论与实践指导。
As a new mode of innovation transfer and diffusion,reverse innovation plays an important role in the transformation of innovative thinking and innovation catch-up of emerging market enterprises.With the development of emerging markets and the continuous integration of the global environment,SMEs in emerging markets can use their own advantages and the external environment to realize reverse innovation.This paper analyzes the driving factors of reverse innovation for SMEs in emerging markets,combines with their characteristics,builds the framework of implementing reverse innovation for SMEs in emerging markets from the perspectives of innovation strategy,niche market,innovation network,organizational learning,and marketing channels.It is expected to further enrich the theory of reverse innovation and provide theoretical and practical guidance for SMEs in emerging markets to develop innovative capacity to enhance international competitiveness.
