在电线电缆产品检测中,有大量的过程数据需要人工计算,计算繁杂易出错。这已成为制约整个线缆检测流程的瓶颈难题。针对这些问题,设计了一套电线电缆试验过程数据自动计算工具,只需输入试验原始数据,即可自动计算出所需的结果,避免了人工计算的误差,极大地提高了工作效率,同时还实现了记录无纸化,具有较高的实用价值。

In the detection of wire and cable products,there are a lot of process data need to be calculated manually,which is complex and error prone.This has become a bottleneck problem that restricts the whole cable detection process.Aiming at these problems,a set of automatic calculation tools for the process data of wire and cable test is designed.The required results can be calculated automatically by inputting the original test data.It avoids the error of manual calculation,greatly improves the work efficiency,and realizes the paperless recording.It has high practical value.
