摘要
在线缆的生产过程中,结构尺寸的波动会对线缆质量产生直接的影响。统计过程控制(SPC)作为一种高效的产品控制方法,可成为线缆质量控制的工具。以一款百兆数据电缆的工艺质量提升过程为例,阐述了以线缆结构尺寸作为SPC控制参数的可行性,并利用SPC技术查找出两道关键工序中存在的异因。在对生产工艺进行改进后,使关键工艺稳定受控,大幅度提高了产品性能。
In the cable production process,the fluctuation of the structure size will have a direct impact on the cable quality.As an efficient method of product control,statistic process control(SPC)can be used as a tool for cable quality control in cable production.Taking the process of improving the process quality of a 100 Mb/s data cable as an example,the feasibility of using the cable structure size as the SPC control parameter is expounded,and the problems in the two key processes are found out by using SPC technology.After the improvement of the production process,the key processes are stabilized and controlled,and the product performance is greatly improved.
