长线列密排光纤阵列排布装置的设计制作

Design and Fabrication of Arranging Device for Long-Dense Optical Fiber Array

摘要 针对线性长度较长、像素密度较高的长线列密排光纤阵列光模块制作要求,设计了一种长线列密排光纤阵列排布装置,其包括底座、滑块和滑块调节机构等装置部件。这些装置部件相互连接,形成了硅底板悬浮安装结构、滑块连接组装结构和滑块移动控制结构三个功能结构。以三个功能结构为主体构成的长线列密排光纤阵列排布装置,可以实现对数百上千根微细裸光纤的线性有序紧邻密排,并制成长线列密排光纤阵列光模块。 To satisfy the requests of long and high-pixel-density assembling for the optical module of long-dense optical fiber array,the arranging device for long-dense optical fiber array,which consists of the base,the slider and moving-control structure of slider,is designed.Through interconnection,the parts of device are categorized three functional structures,including the supporting and mounting structure of silicon baseboard,the connecting and assembling structure of slider and the slider moving-control structure.By combination of the three functional structures,the linear and sequent arrangement of hundreds of thin and bare fiber could be realized,as well as the fabrication of optical module for the long-dense optical fiber array.
