猪脑组织在不同环境中的准静态力学行为

摘要 真实的脑组织处于脑脊液等溶液环境,虽然目前已有不少研究者对脑组织的力学性能进行了测试,但关于溶液环境对其力学响应的影响仍未受到足够重视。本文以猪脑组织为研究对象,进行了脑组织在人工脑脊液、生理盐水和空气三种环境中的准静态压缩测试。由于脑组织的模量与材料试验机的荷载均较小,因此在实验中重点分析了溶液环境中如浮力、液面高度、溶液密度、围压等对测试结果的影响。除考虑荷载修正外,还利用数字图像技术进行变形测量,得到了不同环境中的猪脑组织应力-应变关系。实验发现脑组织在溶液环境中表现出了相比于空气环境中更高的应力水平,这不仅对分析脑组织在颅腔中的力学行为具有重要参考价值,还提示我们要重视环境对生命软物质力学性能的影响。 The actual brain tissue is in a solution environment such as cerebrospinal fluid.Although many researchers have tested the mechanical properties of the brain tissue,the effect of the solution environment on its mechanical response remains insufficiently understood.In this paper,the quasi-static compression test of porcine brain tissue was carried out in artificial cerebrospinal fluid,normal saline and air.Owing to the modulus of porcine brain tissue and the load are both at a low level,the influence of the solution environment,such as buoyancy,height of the liquid level,solution density,confining pressure,etc.on the results is analyzed.In addition to considering the load correction,the deformation was measured by digital image technique and the stress-strain relationship of porcine brain tissue in different environments was obtained.Experiments have found that the brain tissue exhibits a higher stress level in a solution environment,which not only has important reference value for analyzing the mechanical behavior of brain tissue in the cranial cavity,but also prompts us to pay attention to the impact of the environment on the mechanical properties of life soft matters.
