富氢水对2型糖尿病大鼠皮肤创面的促愈作用 被引量:7

Healing-promoting effects of hydrogen-rich water on skin wounds of type 2 diabetic rats

摘要 目的研究富氢水对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠皮肤创面的促愈作用。方法诱导T2DM大鼠模型,并建立皮肤创面,随后饲喂富氢水,每天观察大鼠创面的愈合情况,直至痊愈。切取第4、7、12、21天时的创面组织进行HE染色,观察富氢水对T2DM创面愈合的影响。检测氢气对高糖处理的成纤维细胞的作用,进一步了解氢气促进T2DM创面愈合的机制。结果饲喂富氢水的T2DM大鼠,皮肤创面愈合的炎症期以及肉芽组织生成期明显缩短,创面愈合明显加快。氢气可改善高糖处理对成纤维细胞增殖的抑制和细胞状态的破坏。结论长期饮用富氢水对T2DM创面愈合具有促进作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the promoting effect of hydrogen-rich water on skin wounds of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)rats.METHODS T2DM rat model was induced,and skin wounds of rats were established.Then,hydrogen-rich water was provided for rats,and healing conditions of the wounds were observed every day till they totally healed.Wound tissues on Day 4,7,12,and 21 were harvested and then performed for HE staining to observe the healing effect of hydrogen-rich water on T2DM wound influences.In addition,through the effect of hydrogen on high glucose-treated fibroblasts,it could be further understood the reason why hydrogen promoted the healing of T2DM wounds.RESULTS In the group of T2DM rats treated with hydrogen-rich water,the period of inflammation and granulation tissue formation of the wounds was significantly shortened,and wound healing was significantly accelerated.In addition,hydrogen could improve the inhibition of fibroblast proliferation and the destruction of cell state by high glucose treatment.CONCLUSION Long-time hydrogen-rich water drinking can promote the healing of T2DM wounds.
