Drug screening is an important means and basic step in the development of new dr ugs.It aims to find compounds with specific biological activities through appro priate experimental methods and screening models,and promote the development of drugs from laboratory research to clinical application.Establishing an e fficient and reliable screening model could shorten the time of drug development and improve the speed of research.This paper briefly reviewed the develop ment and application of drug screening models in recent years.
