玉屏风颗粒对正常BALB/c小鼠免疫系统的影响及机制研究

Effects and Possible Mechanisms of YuPingFeng Granules on the Immune System of Normal BALB/c Mice

目的探讨玉屏风颗粒对正常BALB/c小鼠免疫系统的影响及机制。方法将100只BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白组(Control)和玉屏风颗粒组(YPF),每组50只,YPF组按临床剂量换算为小鼠用剂量2.5 g·kg^(-1),以0.1 mL/10 g进行灌胃给药28 d;分离提取腹腔巨噬细胞和脾淋巴细胞、以ConA与LPS诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖、NK细胞毒力测定等实验。结果玉屏风颗粒对正常小鼠体重、免疫器官指数、血常规、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比值和脾淋巴细胞的凋亡没有显著性的影响,而对脾淋巴细胞增殖、NK细胞活性、巨噬细胞吞噬活性、吞噬指数和抗体生成能力具有显著性的影响。结论玉屏风颗粒对正常小鼠具有免疫增强作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects and mechanisms of YuPingFeng granules on the immune system of normal BALB/c mice.METHODS One hundred BALB/c mice were randomly and equally divided into Control group and YuPingFeng granules-treated group(YPF).In YPF-treated group,the mice were given 2.5 g·kg^(-1) YPF at 0.1 mL/10 g according to the clinical dose;in Control group,mice were gavaged with the same amount of normal saline.All mice were gavaged for 28 consecutive days;peritoneal macrophages and splenic lymphocytes were isolated,and splenic lymphocytes were stimulated by ConA and LPS.NK cytotoxicity was measured too.RESULTS YuPingFeng granules had no significant effect on body weight,immune organ index,blood routine examination,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T cell ratio and apoptosis of splenic lymphocytes,but showed significant effect on splenic lymphocyte proliferation,NK cell activity,macrophage phagocytosis activity,phagocytosis index and antibody production capacity of normal mice.CONCLUSION YuPingFeng granules can enhance the immunity of normal mice.
