摘要
目的建立一种基于HPLC的测定百合固金片中甘草酸含量的方法。方法以JA DE-PAK C 18(5μm,250×4.6 mm)色谱柱为固定相,以40%乙腈(含有0.2%磷酸)为流动相,在流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),色谱柱温度30℃,波长252 nm的条件下测定百合固金片中甘草酸的含量。结果该方法专属性强,精密度高,稳定性、重复性好。结论该方法可以对百合固金片的质量进行有效的控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in BaiHe GuJin Tablets based on HPLC.METHODS A JADE-PAK C18(5μm,250×4.6 mm)column was used as the stationary phase,and 40%acetonitrile(containing 0.2%phosphoric acid)was used as the mobile phase.The content of glycyrrhizic acid in BaiHe GuJin tablets was determined under the conditions of flow rate 1.0 mL·min^(-1),column temperature 30℃and wavelength 252 nm.RESULTS The method had strong specificity,high precision,good stability and repeatability.CONCLUSION This method can effectively control the quality of BaiHe GuJin Tablets.
