利多卡因湿敷在减轻PICC置管疼痛中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Lidocaine Wet Compress in Reducing the Pain of PICC Catheterization

目的研究分析在减轻PICC置管疼痛中利用利多卡因湿敷方法的临床效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年01月至2020年10月静脉专科门诊接受PICC置管的患者共计164例,通过随机数字表法,将其分为两个不同组别,即对照组(n=82例)与观察组(n=82例)。在静脉穿刺之前,对照组运用利多卡因皮下注射局部麻醉干预方法,观察组在按对照组行利多卡因皮下局麻前实施利多卡因湿敷与术后利多卡因湿敷干预方法。对两组患者术中的疼痛程度、术后疼痛持续时间展开对比。结果两组患者术中疼痛程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组;两组患者疼痛持续时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疼痛持续时间明显短于对照组。结论在PICC置管穿刺期间,采用利多卡因湿敷干预方法,能减轻患者置管疼痛,缩短疼痛时长,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the clinical effect of lidocaine wet compress in relieving the pain of PICC.METHODS A total of 164 patients who received PICC catheterization from January 2020 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by using the convenience sampling method,control group(n=82 cases)and observation group(n=82 cases).Before veni puncture,the control group was given local anesthesia by subcutaneous injection of lidocaine,and the observation group was given preoperative and postoperative lidocaine wet compress.The intraoperative pain degree and postoperative pain duration were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There was significant difference in the degree of intraoperative pain between the two groups(P<0.05),the degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference in the duration of pain between the two groups(P<0.05),the duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.CONCLUSION During PICC catheterization,using lidocaine wet compress can reduce the pain of catheterization and shorten the time of pain,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
