摘要
针对低品位铀矿采用传统酸浸工艺浸出率低的问题,开展了微波氯化焙烧浸出研究,考察了氯化剂种类与添加量、微波焙烧温度、微波焙烧时间等对铀浸出率的影响。结果表明,矿石铀含量为0.0842%,在氯化铁添加量25%、焙烧温度310℃、焙烧时间60 min优化条件下,铀浸出率达到85.15%,与酸浸工艺相比,铀浸出率提高了17.64个百分点。微波氯化焙烧破坏了矿石结构,产生了微裂纹和孔隙,有利于溶浸剂与铀矿物接触反应,从而提高了铀浸出率。
To address low leaching rate of low-grade uranium ore during traditional acid leaching process,microwave chlorination roasting pretreatment leaching test was carried out.Effects of chlorination agent type and dosage,microwave roasting temperature and time on uranium leaching rate were investigated.The results show that uranium leaching rate is 85.15% under the conditions including uranium content of ore of 0.0842%,ferric chloride addition of 25%,roasting temperature of 310℃,and roasting time of 60 min.Uranium leaching rate rises by 17.64 percent points compared with acid leaching process.After microwave chlorination roasting,ore structure is destroyed,micro-cracks and pores are produced,which promote contact reaction between leaching agent and uranium,thus,improving leaching rate of uranium.
