汽车门总成面差不稳定性研究

摘要 汽车门总成面差不稳定性常见的影响因素是门内板面差不合格、门外板回弹、内板焊接变形等。从影响门包边面差稳定性的几个不常见且易忽视因素入手,对引起该缺陷的几个因素进行分析,总结出门压合过程中,压爪压紧程度、内板料边长度、内外板棱线不对齐等因素的影响,为后续车型提供包边技术支持。 The common influencing factors of the surface difference instability of automobile door assembly are the unqualified surface difference of the door inner plate,the rebound of the door outer plate,the welding deformation of the inner plate and so on.This paper starts with several uncommon and easily ignored factors that affect the surface difference stability of the door edge,analyzes several factors that cause the defect,and summarizes the pressing degree of the pressing claw,the length of the inner plate edge,the thickness of the inner plate edge,the thickness of the inner plate edge,ete It can provide technical support for subsequent models.
