摘要
介绍了模具企业开展技能人才培养的做法,分析了企业构建人才自主评价体系的必要性,并总结出一套模具技能人才培养评价的方法。
This paper introduces the practice of developing the cultivation of skilled workers in die&mold industries,analyzes the necessity of establishment of the evaluation system for skilled workers in firms,and summarizes the method of setting up the evaluation system.
