摘要 为研究高压共轨系统关键参数对共轨管内油压波动的影响,通过AMESim仿真平台对高压共轨系统进行了建模,并对模型的准确性进行验证。在此基础上研究了喷油压力、喷油脉宽、共轨管直径3个参数对共轨管内油压波动的影响。最后通过R语言对仿真数据进行回归分析,得出各个影响因素与油压波动之间的相关性。研究结果表明:喷油脉宽、喷油压力和共轨管直径均会对油压波动造成影响,在以上3个主要因素中,喷油压力对波动的影响权重达到了80.74%,占据主导作用。 In order to study the influences of the key parameters of high-pressure common rail system on fuel pressure fluctuation in the common rail pipe,the high-pressure common rail system was modeled by the AMESim simulation platform and the accuracy of model was verified.Then the study was conducted to analyze the influence of three parameters including injection pressure,injection pulse width and common rail pipe diameter on the fuel pressure fluctuation in the common rail pipe.Finally,the regression analysis of simulation data was performed with R language and the correlation of fuel pressure fluctuation with each influencing factor was determined.The results show that injection pulse width,injection pressure and common rail pipe diameter all have an effect on fuel pressure fluctuation.The weight of injection pressure reaches 80.74%among them,which takes a dominant role.
