摘要
学生心理失常行为比较常见,多表现为注意力调节缺失、多动和冲动。出现这样的现象,很可能是生态系统的某一项出现问题,不一定是孩子本身有什么问题。文章结合生态系统理论分析孩子的需求,识别孩子的问题行为功能,寻找替代行为去干预问题行为,找出一些在社会上被允许的行为去取代问题行为,最终达成干预目标。
Students'psychological disorders are common,mostly manifested in lack of attention regulation,hyperactivity and impulse.Such a phenomenon is likely to be a problem in one of the ecosystems,not necessarily the children themselves.Combined with ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes children's needs,identifies children's problem behavior functions,looks for alternative behaviors to intervene in problem behaviors,finds out some socially allowed behaviors to replace problem behaviors,and finally achieves the intervention goal.
