团体心理辅导模式可以让学生在十分和谐的氛围中解决自己的心理问题,促进自己的全面发展。文章首先分析团体心理教育的概念和特征,然后探讨团体心理辅导在高职心理健康教育课程中的优势,最后指出团体心理辅导在高职心理健康教育课程中的重要作用,以期为高职生的心理健康提供一些理论指导。

The group psychological counseling model can enable students to solve their psychological problems in a very harmonious atmosphere and promote their all-round development.This paper first analyzes the concept and characteristics of group psychological education,then discusses the advantages of group psychological counseling in higher vocational mental health education curriculum,and finally points out the important role of group psychological counseling in higher vocational mental health education curriculum,in order to provide some theoretical guidance for higher vocational students'mental health.
