福州地区高职临床医学专业人才需求调研及分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Demand of Clinical Medical Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges in Fuzhou

目的:了解福州及周边地区高职临床医学专业技术人才需求情况。方法:利用问卷调研、领导访谈的方法对6所卫健局、卫协会及其管辖的48所医疗机构进行调研,并采用SPSS20.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结论:福州地区高职临床医学专业人才仍有较大需求,医学院校应根据市场需求制定或修订人才培养方案,培养综合素质高、符合市场需求的医学人才。

Objective:to understand the demand for clinical medical professionals in higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou and its surrounding areas.Methods:questionnaire survey and leadership interview were used to investigate 6 health bureaus,health associations and 48 medical institutions under their jurisdiction,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Conclusion:there is still a great demand for clinical medical professionals in higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou.Medical colleges should formulate or revise the talent training plan according to the market demand to cultivate medical talents with high comprehensive quality and in line with the market demand.
