摘要
为解决污水处理过程中遇到的中高浓度氨氮的处理问题,利用折点氯化法对某电厂中高浓度氨氮废水进行前处理.研究次氯酸钠与氨氮的物质的量之比、温度、反应时间对次氯酸钠氧化去除煤气化废水中氨氮的影响,并且分析该方法在处理中高浓度氨氮污水中的适用性.实验表明,次氯酸钠与氨氮的物质的量之比和温度对次氯酸钠氧化去除煤气化废水中氨氮的影响最大.改造后,污水处理厂日处理水量提高25%,并且系统运行稳定,不仅解决了系统超负荷运行的问题,还提高了收益,具有十分显著的经济效益和实践意义.
In order to solve the problem of high-concentration ammonia nitrogen treatment encountered in the sewage treatment process,the breakpoint chlorination method was used to pre-treat the medium and high concentration ammonia nitrogen sewage produced by a power plant.In this experiment,the effect of the ratio of sodium hypochlorite to ammonia nitrogen,temperature and reaction time on the removal of ammonia nitrogen in coal gasification wastewater by sodium hy-pochlorite was studied,and the applicability of thismethod in the treatment of medium and high concentration ammonianitrogen sewage was also analyzed.The experiment showsthat the ratio of sodium hypochlorite to ammonia nitrogen and temperature has the greatest impact on the removal of ammonia nitrogen in coal gasification wastewater by sodium hy-pochlorite oxidation.After the treatment in the experiment,the sewage treatment plant’s daily treatment water volume has increased by 25%,and the system is operating stably,which not only solves the problem of system overload operation,but also increases revenue.The result of the experiment,has very significant economic benefits and practical significance.
