摘要
猪轮状病毒(PoRV)是导致哺乳仔猪和断奶仔猪腹泻的主要原因之一。该疫病的暴发流行,给养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。因此,快速可靠检测PoRV的方法,有利于及时诊断和防控该病。目前,用于检测猪轮状病毒的方法很多,论文对于近年来检测PoRV的方法进行了论述,包括病毒分离培养鉴定、病毒电镜形态检查、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、免疫层析试纸条检测技术、反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、实时荧光定量RT-PCR(RT-qPCR)和逆转录-环介导等温核酸扩增技术(RT-LAMP)、原位杂交技术(ISH)、纳米孔测序等,并分别介绍了不同检测方法在应用中的优缺点,为有效诊断及防控PoRV感染提供技术指导。
Porcine rotavirus(PoRV)is one of the main causes of diarrhea in suckling piglets and weaning piglets.The outbreak and epidemic of this disease caused huge economic losses to pig industry.Therefore,rapid and reliable detection of PoRV is conducive to timely diagnosis,prevention and control of the disease.At present,there are many methods for detecting porcine rotavirus.In this paper,the methods of detecting PoRV in recent years were discussed,including virus isolation,culture and identification,virus electron microscopy,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),immunochromatographic test strip detection technology,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR(RT-qPCR),reverse transcription-loop mediated isothermal nucleic acid amplification(RT-LAMP),nucleic acid in situ hybridization(ISH),and so on.The advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods in application were introduced,which provided technical guidance for effective diagnosis and prevention of PoRV infection.
