一起獭兔兔瘟2型病例的诊断

Diagnosis of A Case of Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Type 2

为确定一起獭兔急性死亡病例的诊断,在流行病学调查、临床症状和病理剖检的基础上,通过RT-PCR检测和测序分析,对一起獭兔出血性病例进行实验室诊断。结果显示,送检病兔主要病理变化与经典兔瘟相似,RT-PCR检测兔出血症病毒2型(RHDV2)核酸阳性,扩增产物核苷酸序列与GenBank中RHDV2同源性高达98.39%。确诊此起疫情送检病例为兔瘟2型,这是四川省首次关于RHDV2感染的诊断报告,可为RHD2的诊断和防控提供参考依据。

To diagnose an outbreak of acute death in rex rabbits,a case of rabbit hemorrhagic disease type 2 was diagnosed based on epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms,pathological lesions,and differential diagnosis using PCR and RT-PCR methods.The results showed RHDV2 nucleic acid was positive and the nucleotide sequence of the amplified product was 98.39%homologous with the RHDV2 sequences in GenBank.This is the first detailed report on the diagnosis of RHDV2 infection in Sichuan province,which would provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis and control of RHD2.
