摘要
为了吸收单相交直流系统中耦合的大量二次脉动功率,提出给予I3桥结构的三端口LLC谐振变换器。所提变换器实现双向解耦电路的开关桥臂和LLC谐振变换器的开关桥臂的集成,消除母线上的大容量电解电容、提高系统可靠性,而且减少有源开关的数量和系统的开关损耗。详细分析三端口LLC谐振变换器的工作原理和控制方法,设计I3桥的开关驱动策略,实现功率解耦端口和直流输出端口的独立控制。实验结果证明了所提集成功率解耦功能的三端口LLC变换器及其控制方法的正确性和有效性。
A novel three-port LLC resonant converter was proposed to absorb the second harmonic power in a single phase AC/DC power system.The converter adopts an I3 bridge to integrate a power decoupling circuit with an LLC resonant converter.Not only the electrolytic-capacitor-free design is realized,but also a switch is saved.Therefore,the reliability is increased and the switching loss is reduced.The operation principle and control method are analyzed in detail to give the switching strategy,which realizes the independent control of the decoupling port and the output port.Experimental results are given to verify the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed converter.
