摘要
分析应用型高校教学督导工作存在的问题,提出了加强应用型高校教学督导工作的相应对策。围绕高校的教学目标开展督导工作,注重对教学改革相关内容的专项督导,构建科学的教学督导工作管理制度,构建专业化教学督导工作队伍,创新教学督导工作的内容与形式,以此来提升高校教学督导工作的效果。
Based on the analysis of the problems in the teaching supervision work of the application-oriented colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for strengthening the teaching supervision work.That is,to carry out supervision work around the teaching objectives of colleges and universities,to pay attention to the special supervision of the relevant contents of teaching reform,to construct a scientific management system of teaching supervision work,and to construct a professional teaching supervision and supervision team,so as to innovate the content and form of teaching supervision to improve the effect of teaching supervision in colleges and universities.
