Glucocorticoids have clear anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects,which are widely used in many dermatological diseases.Although its curative effect is clear,the accompanying side effects cannot be ignored,and the clinical indications should be strictly controlled when using it.In order to help clinicians using glucocorticoid therapy in a rational way,avoid treatment resista nee,and improve the safety of the medication,an overview of its basic and clinical aspects are summarised.
