密闭式吸痰在新生儿机械通气中的临床应用研究

Study the Clinical Effect of Closed Sputum Suction on Neonatal Mechanical Ventilation

为探讨密闭式吸痰在新生儿机械通气中的临床效果,选取某医院儿科新生儿室2018年9月—2019年9月收治的60例机械通气新生儿,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予开放式吸痰,实验组给予密闭式吸痰,并对比两组的呼吸机脱机时间和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率.结果表明,实验组呼吸机脱机时间明显短于对照组,VAP发生率明显低于对照组.说明机械通气新生儿使用密闭式吸痰可缩短呼吸机上机时间,降低VAP发生率.

To explore the clinical effect of closed sputum suction in neonatal mechanical ventilation,60 neonates with mechanical ventilation admitted to the Paediatrics Department of neonate from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given open suction and the experimental group was given closed suction.The weaning time of ventilator and the incidence of ventilation associated pneumonia(VAP)were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the weaning time of ventilation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of VAP was significantly lower than that in the control group.It is suggested that the use of closed suction can shorten the time of ventilation operation and reduce the incidence of VAP.
