通过分析国家药管平台上各省发布的短缺药品清单,发现其涉及的治疗领域广泛,多数属于国家基药和国家医保药品.从生产企业数量及行业排名来看,大部分短缺药品有保供的基础,短缺现状有望通过完善集中采购政策而改善.建议完善直接挂网采购、开展以市场份额为基础的带量采购、扩大定点生产范围、加强交易行为考核评价及结果应用,以促进短缺药品保供稳价.

By investigating the lists of drugs shortage issued by all provinces in China through comprehensive management information platform of China drug supply,it is found that the lack of drugs involves a wide range of treatment fields,and most of them belong to national essential drugs and national medical insurance drugs.In terms of the number and industry rankings of the pharmaceutical manufacturers,the supply of most drugs in short have the basis to be assured by reasonable guidance of the centralized procurement policy.Therefore,it is suggested that the detail management of direct online procurement should be improved;the procurement with target quantity based on market share should be carried out;the designated production scope should be expanded;the application of assessment and evaluation results of the centralized purchase and transaction behavior should be strengthened so as to guarantee the supply and the stable price of the drugs in short..
