基于产教园的校企融合困境与对策研究

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of School Enterprise Integration Based on Industry Education Park

当前,校企融合已成为高校人才培养的重要组成部分,对于培养高素质应用型人才,缩短毕业生在企业的适应时间有现实意义。文章以实体化运行校企合作产业园为对象,分析了现阶段校企融合发展的困境,提出通过创新培养理论和教学内容、健全校企资源利用机制、优化评价标准等手段,化解校企融合发展中遇到的实际问题,以推动校企共生、融合发展,实现校企共赢。

At present,the integration of university and enterprise has become an important part of the talent training in colleges and universities.It is of practical significance to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents and shorten the adaptation time of graduates in enterprises.This paper takes the school enterprise cooperative industrial park as the object and analyzes the difficulties of the integration development of the school and enterprise at present.It is proposed to solve the real problems in the development of the school enterprise integration by innovating the training theory and teaching content.It also needs to perfect the utilization mechanism of the school enterprise resources and optimize the evaluation standard.This will promote the symbiosis and integration development of the school and enterprise and realize the win-win situation of the school enterprise.
