智慧工地技术异化及其伦理风险

智慧工地技术逐渐被应用于各类建筑工程中,其应用对象开始由“建筑物”扩展至“工程活动共同体”。智慧工地技术在提高传统建筑行业的综合效率和准确率的同时,也逐渐发生了异化。从技术实际使用过程中“效用-不足”的横向对比角度,首先分析了智慧工地技术的异化现象,认为存在施工方对技术的过度依赖、人和智能技术主体地位不明晰、技术价值失衡等问题;进而分析智慧工地技术异化过程中存在的伦理风险,发现其中的伦理风险包括:智慧工地技术对人性情感造成冲击,技术的快速革新与道德良知之间存在矛盾,开发方、技术、应用方之间存在权益矛盾,此外还存在智慧工地技术相配套的法律与制度保障问题。智慧工地技术异化所产生的伦理问题若能在技术全面普及前得到前瞻性解决,将有助于提升技术效用,减少智慧工地技术给工人和社会带来的负面影响。

Smart site technology has gradually been applied to various construction projects,and its application objects have begun to expand from"buildings"to"engineering communities".While smart construction technology is improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of the traditional construction industry,it has also gradually become alienated.From the perspective of horizontal comparison of"utilitydeficiency"in the practical use of technology,this article has firstly analyzed the alienation phenomenon of smart construction site technology,and has found that there is excessive reliance on technology by the contractor,unclear status of human and smart technology,and imbalance of technological value,etc.Then it has analyzed the ethical risks in the process of technological alienation of smart construction sites,and has identified that the ethical risks include:impacts of smart construction site technology on human emotions;the contradiction between rapid technological innovation and moral conscience;the interests contradiction between developers,technologies,and application parties.Meanwhile,there are also legal and institutional issues related to smart site technology.If the ethical issues caused by the technological alienation of smart construction sites can be prospectively resolved before the technology is fully popularized,it will help to improve the utility of the technology and to reduce the negative impact of smart construction site technology on workers and society.
