基于住院医师规范化培训基地管理人员调查的师资队伍建设分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的通过对浙江省各住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地的管理人员的调查,研究分析其对现师资队伍建设评价,以期为探索师资队伍建设提供参考。方法横断面研究,采取网络问卷调查的形式,以住培基地管理人员为研究对象,在Anaconda1.9.7下进行数据清洗和统计学分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共发放问卷89份,回收有效问卷85份。被调查者表示所在单位普遍实行了师资的评价、准入和激励制度。管理人员对师资能力的认可程度最高是:有临床操作能力、能够根据学习目标使用适当的教学方法、引导住院医师思考和讨论的能力;最低的是:定期发表研究论文的能力、引导住院医师生活的能力、收集相关评价数据的能力。管理人员对师资能力的认知受到其自身年龄、职务、职称、年限等的影响和所在住培基地、是否教学医院、基地不同的影响。结论从住培基地管理人员的调查来看,针对具体师资能力评价不同管理人员和住培基地认识存在差异,目前亟须统一标准和师资能力评价标准分层分类管理。 Objective To analyze their cognitive evaluation of the current faculty development through the survey of administrators at the standardized residency training bases in Zhejiang Province,in the hope of providing a basis improving the faculty development.Methods This study was a cross-sectional study,which was conducted as a web-based questionnaire.The research subjects were limited within administrators at local bases and collaborative units.Data cleaning and statistical analysis were performed under Anaconda1.9.7,with P<0.05 considered as statistically significant.Results A total of 89 questionnaires were distributed,and 85 valid questionnaires were returned.According to the interviewees,the assessment,admission policy,and motivation system of faculty were generally practiced in the bases.The most certified faculty's abilities were:having clinical operation skills,being able to use appropriate teaching methods,and having the ability to guide the trainees to think and discuss.The least were:the ability to complete research papers,the ability to guide the trainees'life style,and the ability to collect relevant evaluation data.The administrators'perceptions of the faculty's characteristics were influenced by age,job title,years,training bases,and teaching hospitals or not.Conclusion From the survey of administrators of various bases within the province,there are differences between different administrators and bases for faculty competency evaluation.There is currently a great need for uniform faculty competency evaluation standards and hierarchical classification management.
