摘要 目的探讨住院医师规范化培训入院教育模式。方法研究结合国家要求、岗位胜任力及前置性学习理念,探索并实践入院教育,通过问卷调查入院教育效果,并进行评估。结果研究从总体情况、培训投入度、培训成效三个方面收集了培训体验的反馈,住院医师在团队合作、医患沟通技巧等方面反馈较好,入院教育整体实践效果良好。结论前置性学习理念下的入院教育采用了住院医师共同参与的模式,住院医师在自主学习表现方面反馈较好。专业知识和技能需要在培训过程中逐渐习得,入院教育可重在提高其专业兴趣。入院教育能够帮助住院医师快速适应医院培训生活,对提高住院医师自主学习能力具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the orientation education mode of standardized residency training.Methods Based on the national requirements,the concepts of competency and previous education,this study explored the orientation education mode,and put it into practice.The educational effectiveness was evaluated by questionnaire.Results Residents gave training feedback on 3 aspects:the general situation,training engagement and training outcomes,and they gave better feedback on teamwork and doctor-patient communication skills.Conclusion The orientation education was based on the previous education,which adopted a joint participation mode,and residents had outstanding performances in autonomous learning.Professional medical knowledge and skills need to be gradually acquired in the training process,and it is better to focus on improving professional interests.Orientation education could help residents to adapt to standardized residency training quickly,and it is of great significance for improving residents'autonomous learning ability.
