后疫情时代加强放射科住院医师规范化培训的建议与思考

Suggestions and thoughts on strengthening standardized training of radiology residents in post-COVID-19 era

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对放射科医生的执业能力提出了新挑战、新要求,后疫情时代的放射科住院医师规范化培训应紧密结合国家卫生战略需求。在教学内容上,要重视公共卫生知识培训及“三基”教学,强化传染病影像学教学;在教学方法上,要注重线上、线下教学的衔接融合及质量监管;在教学理念上,应兼顾临床科研能力培养及思政教育融入。

Coronavirus 2019(COVID-19)epidemic poses new challenges and requirements for clinical ability of radiologists.In the post-epidemic era,the standardized residency training of radiologists should be closely integrated with national health strategies.Training contents should cover public health courses,basic theoretical knowledge and skills,and infectious diseases imaging diagnosis.For teaching methods,it is preferred to the integration and quality supervision of online and offline teaching.Additionally,teaching philosophy is advocated for integration of clinical practice training,scientific research ability,ideological and political education.
