三维可视化技术结合案例式教学法在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨三维可视化技术结合案例式教学(case-based learning,CBL)在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取长春中医药大学附属医院2018年1月—2019年12月在医学影像中心轮转的神经内科住院医师46人为研究对象,随机分为观察组(24人)和对照组(22人),对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用颅脑三维可视化技术结合CBL的教学。轮转结束,两组住院医师均进行业务考核和问卷调查,对比研究两种教学模式在神经内科住院医师规范化培训教学的效果。结果两组住院医师在年龄、性别、入科前理论成绩和读片成绩的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后,两组住院医师理论成绩、读片成绩及教学调查问卷得分,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用三维可视化技术结合CBL教学方法对神经内科住院医师的实践教学效果明显优于传统教学方法,有效提高了教学质量,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the application value of three-dimensional visualization technology combined with case-based learning(CBL)in standardized residency training of neurology residents.Methods A retrospective control study was performed involving 46 neurology residents in the Medical Imaging Center of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019.All the residents were divided randomly into two groups:the experimental group(n=24)and the control group(n=22).The traditional teaching mode was carried out in the former group,while the experimental group was added with the 3-D visualization technology and CBL teaching.At the end of the training,residents of the two groups were assessed and questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the effects of two teaching modes in the standardized training of neurology residents.Results There were no significant differences in age,gender,professional theoretical scores and reading scores between the two groups before the training.After the training,the scores of professional theoretical knowledge,reading abilities and teaching questionnaire results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional visualization technology combined with CBL teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in the practical teaching of neurology residents,which effectively improves the teaching quality and is worth promoting.
