摘要
非技术技能是新时代外科医师胜任力的重要组成部分,耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业性强,手术风险高,涉及的交叉学科多。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师应当具备高效处理术中危急情况以及良好的多学科沟通能力。非技术技能主要包括情景意识、决策、沟通与团队合作、领导力等四方面的能力。NOTSS评分法是应用最广泛的非技术技能评估方法。在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师的临床教学中,多种形式相结合的情景教学法应用广泛,国外教学医院开展的以团队小组和模拟场景为特点的训练营模式值得借鉴。未来的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专科医师非技术能力教学体系建设需要考虑:合理的课程安排、完善专业的教师队伍及教学设施、选择合适的情景案例、优化非技术技能的教学评价及反馈机制四个方面。
Non-technical skills are an important part of the competence of surgeons in the new era.Otolaryngology-head and neck surgery is a specialty with high specialization and surgical risk while also involves multidisciplinary management.Otolaryngologists should be capable of managing operative emergencies and multidisciplinary communications.Non-technical skills include situation awareness,dicision making,communication,teamwork and leadership.The Non-technical Skills for Surgeons(NOTSS)is the most widely applied assessment method.There is a variety of simulation based teaching approaches widely used in clinical teaching of otolaryngology-head and neck surgeons.The bootcamp approach,which is characterized by team training and high-fidelity simulated training,is considered to be valuable.Future non-technical skill teaching system for otolaryngology-head and neck surgeons should include four aspects:(1)proper curriculum arrangments;(2)sophisticated trainers and training facilities;(3)proper simulation scenarios;(4)improved non-technical skills assessment and feedback.
