基于我国装配式建筑现状和对策的SWOT分析

A SWOT Analysis Based on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Prefabricated Buildings in China

文中综述了当前我国装配式建筑的发展现状,通过问卷调查的方式明确影响其发展的内外部因素,并利用SWOT分析法进行解析,进而提出了解决问题的主要方法为:政策扶持和人才培养,加强宣传力度和知识普及,完善相关法规、标准和监管机制。

This paper summarizes the development status of prefabricated buildings in China., clarifies both internal and external factors that affect their development through questionnaire surveys, and deconstructs the results basing on SWOT analysis, in turn, the main methods which can solve the problem are presented: policy support and talent training, strengthening propaganda and popularizing knowledge, improving relevant laws and regulations, standards and supervision mechanisms.
