摘要
为研究化学激发剂对铜尾矿粉复合胶凝材料强度的影响,文中测试了铜尾矿粉掺量为30%、40%,激发剂掺量为0、1.0%、2.0%、4.0%时铜尾矿粉复合胶凝材料的抗压强度。试验结果表明:抗压强度随着铜尾矿粉掺量的增加而降低,但随着龄期的增长而增长。Na OH与硬石膏均可激发铜尾矿粉的火山灰活性,且不论铜尾矿粉掺量为30%或40%,NaOH最佳掺量为2%,硬石膏最佳掺量为1%。
In order to study the influence of chemical activator on the strength of copper tailing powder composite cementitious material, the compressive strength of composite cementitious material with copper tailings powder of 30% and 40% and activator of 0, 1.0%, 2.0% and 4.0% was tested.The test results show that the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the copper tailing powder content, but increases with the age. NaOH and anhydrite can stimulate the pozzolanic activity of copper tailings powder. Regardless of whether the copper tailings powder content is 30% or 40%, the optimum content of NaOH is 2%, and the optimum content of anhydrite is 1%.
