阻泥剂在水泥净浆及砂浆中流变性能研究

摘要 文中通过水泥净浆流动度试验,研究不同粘土矿物对聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响,结果表明:蒙脱土对聚羧酸减水剂的分散性能影响最大,其次是膨润土,高岭土影响最小。并通过研究水泥净浆流动度试验和水泥砂浆流动度来作为流变性指标,研究自制ZN型阻泥剂复配到减水剂中在膨润土体系中的水泥净浆及砂浆中流变性能。结果表明,ZN型阻泥剂能够有效提高聚羧酸减水剂阻泥性能,使其能在膨润土存在的情况下依旧表现出优异的减水和保坍性能,在掺量为2%时,效果达到最佳。 The effect of different clay minerals on the properties of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was studied through the fluidity test of cement slurry,The results show that:The effect of montmorillonite on the dispersion of polycarboxylic acid water reducer was the greatest, followed by bentonite and kaolin. The fluidity test of cement slurry and the fluidity of cement mortar are used as the rheological indexes, the rheological properties of cement slurry and mortar in bentonite system with self-made Zn type mud inhibitor mixed with water reducer were studied. The results show that:Zn type mud inhibitor can effectively improve the mud inhibition performance of polycarboxylic acid water reducer, so that it can still show excellent water reduction and slump protection performance in the presence of bentonite, and the effect reaches the best when the dosage is 2%.
