穴位按摩对肝阳上亢型高血压患者的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupoint massage on hypertensive patients with liver Yang hyperactivity

目的探讨穴位按摩对肝阳上亢型高血压患者的疗效。方法选取2018年12月~2019年12月于本院治疗的60例肝阳上亢型高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组常规应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩。对比治疗前后两组血压水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组血压水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组收缩压降低更为明显,治疗总有效率、中医症候疗效均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病可以更有效地降低患者的血压,改善临床症状,操作简便,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage on hypertensive patients with liver Yang hyperactivity.Methods 60 hypertensive patients with liver Yang hyperactivity who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided randomly into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Routinely treated with amlodipine besylate tablets to reduce blood pressure was used in the control group;and combined with acupoint massage in the observation group.The blood pressure levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and in the observation group,systolic blood pressure decreased more significantly,the total effective rate of treatment and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were better than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage can effectively reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive patients with liver Yang hyperactivity and improve clinical symptoms,is easy to operate,and has clinical promotion value.
