超声引导足踝神经阻滞与椎管内麻醉在外翻手术中的临床效果比较

摘要 外翻畸形多见于女性,年龄在18~65岁的发病率可达23%,而高龄患者的发病率高达35%,畸形明显影响生活者需要进行手术治疗[1]。传统的椎管内麻醉效果理想,但是对患者的血流动力学影响很大,麻醉后一般会出现血压下降,同时术后伴有持续疼痛,使患者很难进行早期活动。若选择高位神经阻滞,如腰、骶丛部位,对患者大腿股四头肌及肱二头肌的肌力有明显影响;而选择腘窝处坐骨神经阻滞,对小腿胫骨前肌、比目鱼肌及腓肠肌肌力也有很大影响.
