《女科经纶》论治闭经特点探析

《女科经纶》论治闭经引《内经》、陈自明、李东垣、朱丹溪、薛立斋等诸家观点为据,对闭经见解精辟独到,主要从虚实立论、明辨寒热、尤重脾胃3个方面阐发,体现在病因、治疗、分类皆以虚实为纲,虚实进一步分辨寒热,指出有余不足之寒热的闭经治疗各不相同,脏腑中病因病机注重脾胃,治疗上尤以治脾胃为大法,对临床诊治闭经有一定的参考意义。

Based on the viewpoints of Neijing,Chen Ziming,Li Dongyuan,Zhu Danxi and Xue Lizhai,etc.,Nvke Jinglun comes up with some incisive and original views on the diff erentiation and treatment of amenorrhea.It mainly expounds the disease from the following three aspects:making its arguments from the theory of defi ciency and excess,distinguishing the syndromes of cold and heat,and attaching particular attention to the spleen and stomach.These views are refl ected in that the etiology,treatment and classifi cation of amenorrhea are all based on the guiding principle of defi ciency and excess,and defi ciency and excess should be further diff erentiated by taking account of the specifi c syndrome of cold or heat,pointing out that the treatment of amenorrhea with the excess or defi ciency syndrome of cold or heat varies from one another.It pays attention to the spleen and stomach when considering the etiology and pathogenesis involving viscera,especially taking the treatment of the spleen and stomach as the principal method.The views in Nvke Jinglun has certain reference significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of amenorrhea.
