通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出佩兰具有以下特点:汤剂中临床用量为3~60 g,常用剂量为6~15 g,散剂为0.2~0.7 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如芳香化湿治疗消化系统疾病(肠易激综合征、慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、婴儿腹泻)、心血管疾病(冠心病、心功能不全)、湿疹等,为4.5~25 g,散剂为0.2~0.7 g;醒脾开胃治疗2型糖尿病及并发症、单纯性肥胖、消化不良、白塞氏病等,为3~60 g;发表解暑治疗胃肠感冒、术后感染、小儿轮状病毒性肠炎等,为4.5~15 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如芳香化湿常配伍藿香、白豆蔻、白术等;醒脾开胃常配伍黄连、苍术、黄芪、牡丹皮等;发表解暑常配伍鲜藿香、荷叶、青蒿等。

By collecting the clinical experience of ancient medical books and modern doctors,it is concluded that fortune eupatorium herb has the following characteristics:Its clinical dosage in decoction is 3-60 g,its common dosage is 6-15 g,and in powders 0.2-0.7 g.Its optimal dosage is determined according to the diff erent diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,for resolving dampness with aromatics to treat digestive system diseases(irritable bowel syndrome,chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,infant diarrhea),cardiovascular diseases(coronary heart disease,cardiac insuffi ciency),eczema,etc.,its dosage range is 4.5-25 g,in powders 0.2-0.7 g.For invigorating the spleen and promoting appetite to treat type 2 diabetes and its complications,simple obesity,dyspepsia,Behcet’s disease,etc.,its dosage range is 3-60 g.For relieving summer heat to treat gastrointestinal cold,postoperative infection and rotavirus enteritis in children,etc.,its dosage ranges from 4.5 to 15 g.According to the diff erent diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,it is compatible with corresponding Chinese medicines.For example,for resolving dampness with aromatics,it is often compatible with cablin patchouli herb,cardamon fruit,largehead atractylodes rhizome,etc.For invigorating the spleen and promoting appetite,it is often compatible with golden thread,atractylodes rhizome,milkvetch root,tree peony root bark,etc.For relieving summer heat,it is often compatible with raw cablin patchouli herb,lotus leaf,sweet wormwood herb,etc.
