《伤寒论》六经辨证在月经病中的应用概况

On the application situation of the syndrome diff erentiation of the six channels theory in Shanghan Lun in the treatment of menopathy

月经病因其包含疾病多样,发病原因复杂,具有一定的复杂性和难治性。本文基于《伤寒论》“有是证,用是方”及六经与脏腑相关联的理论基础,从六经辨证出发,通过搜集相关文献进行归纳总结,探讨月经病从六经论治的可行性与有效性,以期为中医药治疗月经病提供更多的思路与方法。

Menopathy is a complex and refractory disease for it contains a variety of diseases characterized by complex causes.Based on the syndrome differentiation of prescription and syndrome advocated in Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)and the relationship between the six channels and zang-fu viscera,this article collects the relevant literature,summarizes and discusses the feasibility and eff ectiveness of treating menopathy from the perspective of the syndrome diff erentiation of the six channels theory,hoping to provide more ideas and methods for the treatment of menopathy with traditional Chinese medicine.
