高速铁路Ⅴ停作业感应电压接地防护方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究高速铁路Ⅴ停作业接地防护方案,在Simulink仿真平台搭建模型,计算停电接触网在接地封线不同安装位置和带电侧列车不同工况时的感应电压,通过对比现场测试的结果验证了仿真计算的准确性。结果表明:Ⅴ停作业必须采取接地防护措施;停电接触网单端接地时接地点越靠近变电所,防护效果越好,在中间位置接地,接地点两侧均具有防护效果,且近电源侧防护范围小于背电源侧;在距检修地点两端各1 km处双端接地可保证作业足够安全。 In order to study the earthing protection schemes for Ⅴ-type operation of high-speed railway, a model is established in Simulink simulation platform, for calculation the induced voltage of OCS under different earthing positions and different working conditions of locomotives at the energized side. The correctness of the simulation and calculation is verified after comparison of results of site test. The test results show that: earthing measures must be taken for operation under Ⅴ-type operation;for the single end earthing of deenergized overhead contact line, the protection effect is better if the earthing is closer to the substation;if the earthing is connected in the middle position, both sides will be protected, and the protection range for the side closer to the power side is smaller than the protection range of the side reverse to the power side;two earthing points provided at both sides of the maintenance site with a distance of 1 km from the maintenance site are enough to ensure the operation safety.
