摘要
云桂铁路开通运营初期,平安牵引变电所功率因数处于长时间偏低状态,运营单位由此受到高额调整电费罚款,因此对其采取合理的无功补偿措施迫在眉睫。本文着重对可控硅相控电抗器(TCR)、磁控电抗器(MCR)和静态无功发生器(SVG)进行技术经济比选,并推荐采用MCR。利用电力部门提供的用电情况报表,结合云桂铁路既有运行情况,计算MCR的无功补偿容量,并投入运行,这也是西南地区高速铁路首次采用MCR的无功补偿方案。根据MCR投运后功率因数的跟踪统计值,验证该无功补偿方案及容量计算的正确性,为云桂铁路的运营节省电费开支。
At the initial stage after putting into operation of Yunnan-Guangxi railway,the power factor of Ping An traction substation is in a low state for a long time,and the operating company has been fined for high electricity tariffs.Therefore,it is urgent to take adequate measures for compensation of reaction power.This paper focuses on the technical and economic comparison of thyristor phase-controlled reactor(TCR),magnetically controlled reactors(MCR)and static var generator(SVG),and recommends MCR.Using the electricity consumption report provided by the power department,combined with the existing operation of the Yunnan-Guangxi railway,the compensation capacity of MCR is calculated and put into operation,this is also the first time that high-speed railways in Southwest China have adopted MCR reactive power compensation scheme.According to the tracking statistics of power factor after the MCR is put into operation,the correctness of reactive power compensation scheme and capacity calculation is verified,it is able to save electricity costs for operation of Yunnan-Guangxi railway.
