摘要
钢铝复合接触轨系统以其优良的性能已广泛应用于第三轨、中低速磁浮、跨座式单轨以及空中悬挂列车等轨道交通模式中。随着轨道交通运营速度的提升,钢铝复合轨系统和集电靴的匹配关系越来越受到关注。如何通过试验验证钢铝复合轨高速运行下的适用性是一个亟待解决的实际应用问题。本文基于高速相机和相关高精密传感器,提出并搭建了一套靴轨关系测试平台,探讨分析钢铝复合接触轨的适应性及影响振动的因素,为高速接触轨供电产品的性能优化和测试提供了一种可靠的解决思路。
The steel-aluminum composite contact rail systems,supported by its excellent performance,have been widely used in urban rail transit lines such as the third rail,medium and low speed maglev and aerial suspended train.Along with the raising of operating speed of urban rail transit lines,the matching relations between steel-aluminum composite rail system and current collector shoe attract more and more attentions.How to verify the adaptability of the steel-aluminum composite rail under high-speed running by test is an actual problem for application which needs to be solved urgently.The paper puts forward and establishes a platform for testing of collector shoe-rail relation based on the high-speed camera and related high-accurate sensor,discusses and analyses the adaptability of steel-aluminum composite rail and factors influencing the vibration,providing a reliable thoughts of solution for optimization and test of performance of power supply products of high-speed contact rail.
