The Realistic Situation and Promotion Strategy of Farmers’Sense of Social Responsibility under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

农民是实现乡村振兴的主体,但部分农民社会责任意识不浓、法律规则意识不强、政治责任感弱化,严重迟滞了乡村振兴战略的实施步伐。提升新时代农民的社会责任,需要从党建引领、制度保障、自我教育等维度进行系统培育。

Farmers are themain body to realize the rural revitalization,but some farmers'social responsibility consciousness is not strong,the legal rules consciousness is not strong,and the political responsibility is weakened,which seriously delays the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.To enhance the sense of social responsibility of farmers in the newera,we need to systematically cultivate them from the aspects of Party building guidance,systemguarantee and self-education.
