毕业生对学院教育教学满意度调查研究--基于结构方程模型的分析

On Graduates’Satisfaction with College Education--Based on the Analysis of Structural Equation Model

大学生对学院的满意度是评价学院教学质量的重要依据,可以反映出学院相关工作的成效和改进的方向,有助于促进学院办学水平的提高。通过对近年四届毕业生进行调查,发现了学院教育教学中存在的问题,并提出了相关对策建议。

College students’satisfaction with the college is an important basis for evaluating the teaching quality of the college,which can reflect the effectiveness of the relevant work of the college and the direction of improvement,and help to promote the improvement of the school-running level of the college.Through the investigation of the graduates of the four classes in recent years,this paper finds out the problems existing in the education and teaching of the college,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
