摘要
文中采用山西省吕梁市临县地区TBM第二标段工程的开挖废料,通过翻晒、筛分等处理,直接用于胶凝砂砾石配制低强度混凝土的抗压强度研究,采用四种配合比进行试配、成型、养护、抗压强度试验,应用最小二乘法分析标准养护28 d的150 mm立方体试件与同条件养护180 d的450 mm立方体试件的抗压强度相关性,以及标准养护28 d和同条件养护180 d的150 mm立方体试件的抗压强度相关性,为今后TBM洞挖料直接用于胶凝砂砾石配制干硬性强度混凝土施工质量控制和加快施工进度提供施工指导。
In this paper,the excavated waste material from the second tender section of the TBM project in Linxian County,Lvliang City,Shanxi Province,is directly used to study the compressive strength of cement sand and gravel prepared low strength concrete after sunning,screening and other treatment.Four kinds of mix ratio were used in trial fitting,molding,curing,compressive strength test,and the least square method was used to analyze the correlation between the compressive strength of 150 mm cube specimen with standard curing for 28 d and that of 450 mm cube specimen with the same condition curing for 180 d,as well as the correlation between the compressive strength of 150 mm cube specimen with standard curing for 28 d and the same condition curing for 180 d.It provides construction guidance for quality control and speeding up construction progress of dry and hard strength concrete prepared by cement sand and gravel directly with TBM excavated material in future.
