精粗料不同配比对豫东山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

Effect of different proportions of concentrate and coarse feed on production performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of Yudong goat

试验研究不同精粗料配比对豫东山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选取48头体重相近的豫东山羊,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复2只。对照组山羊饲喂羊场自配饲料(精料∶粗饲料为40∶60),试验1、2、3组日粮精粗比分别为45∶55、50∶50、55∶45。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组平均日采食量分别显著提高18.26%、22.61%和20.00%(P<0.05);试验2组和3组山羊的平均日增重分别显著提高28.97%和42.71%(P<0.05);试验2组和3组山羊的料重比分别显著降低7.40%和18.27%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验3组山羊的胴体率、屠宰率和净肉率分别显著提高15.30%、6.18%和11.83%(P<0.05);试验2组和3组羊肉的pH值分别显著降低12.69%和13.89%(P<0.05);试验3组山羊的肉色和滴水损失分别显著提高8.79%和23.07%(P<0.05)。研究表明,提升精料比例能够改善豫东山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质;精粗料比例55∶45饲养效果较好。

The experiment studied the effect of different proportions of concentrate and coarse feed on production performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of Yudong goat.In the experiment,48 fattening goats of similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups by single factor,with six replicates in each group and two goats in each replicate.The goat in control group were fed with the sheep farm self-prepared feed(concentrate feed∶coarse feed was 40∶60),the concentrate feed∶coarse feed in group 1,2,3 were 45∶55,50∶50 and 55∶45.The pre-test period lasted for 10 d,and the trial period lasted for 60 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of goat in three experiments were significantly increased by 18.26%,22.61%and 20.00%(P<0.05),respectively.The average daily gain of goat in group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased by 28.97%and 42.71%,respectively(P<0.05).Feed-weight ratio of goat in group 2 and group 3 were significantly decreased by 7.40%and 18.27%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the carcass rate,slaughter rate and net meat rate of goat in group 3 was significantly increased by 15.30%,6.18%and 11.83%,respectively.The pH value of mutton in group 2 and group 3 were significantly decrease by 12.69%and 13.89%,respectively(P<0.05).The loss of flesh color and dripping water of goat in group 3 was significantly increased by 8.79%and 23.07%,respectively(P<0.05).The experiment inidcates that increase the proportion of concentrate by an appropriate amount can improve the production performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of Yudong goats.In the experiment,the feed effect of the ratio of concentrate and coarse material of 55∶45 is better.
